This newest Myrtle Beach area course is cut out of fields, and the holes are surrounded by thick, waist-high native grass that lurks just off the rough of nearly every fairway. The fairways are fairly wide with their 767-yard par-6 18th hole being their signature hole. Water comes into play on several holes as it runs along the left side of a few fairways. It must be carried on a couple par-3s and on the second shots on a couple par-4's, and sits to the left or right of a few greens there.
